At Tarun Tahiliani, we strive to ensure your couture experience is seamless; however, if you are not satisfied, we accept returns on eligible non-customized pieces within 7 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with security tags intact and original packaging included.
Initiate Request
Log into your account or contact our concierge team at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA).
Quality Inspection
Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, as our team will conduct a thorough quality check upon arrival at our atelier.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the item in its original brand box and dust bag, including the invoice and the RA form provided by our customer service team.
Pickup and Refund
Once your return is approved, we will schedule a complimentary reverse pickup; your refund or store credit will be processed within 10-12 business days after inspection.
